Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless you specify an alternative. Please note that any fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider are not our responsibility.

If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.

Same Day Cancellation

No cancellations are accepted on the same day; therefore, no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

Cancellation One Day Before Adventure

If you cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity, a 50% refund of the total booking amount will be processed.
